Richard Hahlo
Richard is an actor, director and trainer and is the co-founder and co-director of Dramatic Resources. He trained in theatre at Exeter University and at the University of California at San Diego, where he won a scholarship.
As an actor, he has worked with the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, and has appeared in London’s West End as well as on UK Television. He won much critical acclaim for his work with Hydrocracker Theatre Company, including The Erpingham Camp, Shakespeare a la Carte, Operation Black Antler and The New World Order (which also played at the Barbican / Shoreditch Town Hall in London).
His book (with Peter Reynolds), Dramatic Events – How to Run a Successful Workshop, is published by Faber & Faber UK, and St. Martin’s Press in the USA.
Richard’s innovative approach to training is in much demand by companies all over the world; and he continues to find new frontiers for Dramatic Resources at Business Schools including IMD in Lausanne, INSEAD in Paris, ESMT Berlin, IE Madrid, London Business School and Harvard Business School.
Geoff Church
Geoff trained as an actor and worked in theatre and television for 20 years, and he is the co-founder and co-director of Dramatic Resources.
His work as an actor has included work with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal Court Theatre, and the Royal National Theatre. He also appeared extensively on UK television in series such as The Brief, Foyles War, and Prime Suspect. The television film, No Child of Mine, in which he played a leading role, won a BAFTA award for Best Single Drama. As a director, he has taught and directed extensively on the American university circuit, and has directed projects for The Royal National Theatre’s Education Department.
Geoff is a pioneer in the application of theatre expertise in corporate development. As a director of Dramatic Resources, he designs programmes, writes articles and is constantly looking at ways to innovate in response to client needs. His article (co-authored with Berlin’s ESMT business school), In The Spotlight – What Hollywood Can Teach Today’s Business Leaders About Virtual Meetings, was published in Forbes Magazine in early 2021. His work combines the rigour and discipline of working in theatre with a fresh insight into the world of business communication.
Ruth Ingledow
Ruth has worked for a number of leading arts organisations in the UK, including Cheek by Jowl Theatre Company and the National Theatre (twice!). During 5 years in Hong Kong, she worked on consultancy projects with the British Council, Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts and Hong Kong Ballet.
She became interested in the arts / business relationship when running the London Office of Business in the Arts and joined Dramatic Resources in 2009 after a period running the National Theatre’s Theatreworks Programme.
Cathryn Parker
Cathryn worked in theatre education and events, before joining Dramatic Resources in 2016. While working at RADA, in between producing Shakespeare on cruise ships and organising gala dinners she discovered a passion for the ways the arts can help people in business. Having experienced first-hand the effect theatre skills can have on people’s confidence and the ways they communicate, she started working with clients to design tailored training experiences for their teams.
Cathryn became a Director of Dramatic Resources in 2022. There is nothing she likes more than having a good chat with a client to find out what their challenges are, and then working together to find an innovative and effective solution.
She has a degree in Ancient History, and in her spare time works on community theatre projects in South London, including a production of the Iliad which combines her two great loves – immersive theatre and the ancient world.
Aaron Neil
After studying history at Pembroke College, Cambridge, Aaron trained at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA). He has worked extensively in theatre - for the Royal Shakespeare Company, for the National Theatre, and in London's West End. He is one of very few actors to be invited to perform at both the UK Houses of Parliament and at the United States Congress. Aaron recently played Ernst in Tom Stoppard’s Leopoldstadt in the West End (where it won the Olivier Award for Best Play) and on Broadway (where it won four Tony awards, including Best Play).
He has many television and film credits, including Doctor Who and two films for director Ridley Scott (Black Hawk Down and Exodus). He has also appeared in Paddington 2, Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker, Channel 4’s Home, and HBO’s Landscapers.
Aaron has been an international trainer and coach for over 10 years and has delivered trainings in over 25 countries, working for clients as diverse as Accenture, VISA, Deloitte, and Nestle. He has delivered training at business schools such as IMD and INSEAD.
When not working, Aaron has a passion for cooking and loves to make chocolate!
Al Nedjari
Al has been an actor for over 25 years. His first acting role was as a regular in the British soap opera, Coronation Street. He has since enjoyed a diverse acting career, including working on Woody Harrelson’s groundbreaking live movie, Lost in London, and with visionaries such as theatre director Steven Berkoff and film director Alfonso Cuarón. Al has performed at theatre festivals throughout the world with his own theatre company, Gecko, and he works regularly at the National Theatre.
Al has performed in the vastly successful production of War Horse and was movement director of BBC Prom 22: The War Horse Prom at the Royal Albert Hall. Al has movement directed a number of productions across the UK and was also a movement artist on the Oscar-winning space movie, Gravity.
Al designs and delivers training programmes for a wide range of our business clients, including Adecco, Volvo, Nestle, Cisco, Sonova, Visa and Omnicom. Al has coached business leaders from Louis Vuitton, Borealis AG, Deloitte and Accenture, among others, and he has delivered at many major business schools around the world. Al has also facilitated the Dramatic Resources Open Course, “In the Spotlight”.
Alejandro Rodriguez
Alejandro is a writer, director and communications coach. The son of two Cuban immigrants, Alejandro earned his degree from The Juilliard School where he received the Michel St. Denis Prize for Outstanding Achievement. He was born and raised in the multicultural hub of Miami, Florida, and now considers New York a second home.
Alejandro has created numerous roles in New York, including award-winning performances as Charlie Rosa in Ghetto Babylon and Gabriel in Bird in the Hand. He played the title role in a national tour of Romeo and Juliet, and the part of Edgar - opposite Billy Porter - in King Lear. Alejandro has performed in major theatres across the US, including The Kennedy Centre, the Lincoln Centre, and the Guthrie. His film and TV credits include Nurse Jackie and the feature film Emoticon. His most recent full-length show, In My Body, is a collaboration with street dance company ‘Bboyizm’ and is currently on tour across Canada.
As a facilitator, Alejandro specialises in inclusive communication across diverse populations. He has designed and delivered programmes that have rolled out globally across thousands of team members, within industries such as Real Estate, Media, and Finance (and more!)
For Dramatic Resources, Alejandro has delivered training for corporate clients such as Accenture Federal Services.
Amalia Vitale
Amalia studied at the Birmingham School of Acting. She has enjoyed a busy career working in film and theatre with directors such as Tim Crouch and Sally Cookson, and on British TV dramas Endeavour, Midsomer Murders and Casualty. Her theatre performances include The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe at the Unicorn Theatre, the Royal Court and at the West Yorkshire Playhouse, and the critically lauded War of the Worlds at the New Diorama. Amalia also voices Lu-La in the BAFTA-nominated animated movie, Shaun the Sheep 2: Farmageddon.
Amalia co-runs the award winning clown theatre company, All In, where she leads workshops in clown and physical comedy for performers and students. She also leads training programmes using clown theatre skills for business clients.
For Dramatic Resources, Amalia has worked with Deloitte, Accenture, Cisco, Engine Group and University College London, among others.
Annabel Arden
Annabel trained at Jacques Lecoq’s theatre school in Paris after studying English at Cambridge University. She has built an exceptionally successful career encompassing opera, theatre and broadcasting. Annabel co-founded Théâtre de Complicité in 1983, an international touring theatre company directing the award-winning production of The Visit, as well as and their first Shakespeare play, The Winter's Tale. She has directed plays for the National Theatre, Royal Court, Bristol Old Vic and the BBC.
Annabel has directed abroad, including The Cunning Little Vixen for the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Barcelona, and Beethoven’s Leonore in New York, London and Salzburg. She has directed numerous operatic works, including the first new production of Il barbiere di Sivglia at Glyndebourne Festival in over 30 years. Annabel has directed a new production of Carmen for the Grange Festival, La boheme for Welsh National Opera, and Turandot for Opera North.
Annabel joined Dramatic Resources in 2016, and counts Deloitte, IMD Business School, and Manchester University among her clients.
Christian Sauter
Christian’s theatre work includes productions with over 50 German and international theatre companies. He founded the ImprovComedy and business theatre company, Lux Theater des Moments, manages the Berlin-based improvisational theatre ensemble frei.wild, and is a partner at the Swiss business theatre company Unternehmenstheater Schweiz.
Christian works as an actor, trainer, moderator, speaker and coach. He has taught at universities and management schools all over Europe and has worked for many global companies including Adecco, Deloitte, Volkswagen, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bahn and Novartis. With Dramatic Resources, Christian has delivered training in German for clients such as Adecco.
He is a highly renowned speaker on status and humour in business and has hosted many events. Highlights of his career include hosting the European Championship for Theatersports, walking (vertically) down a skyscraper into burning flames, and coaching an advisor for the German government. His coolest show ever was in the Arctic Circle!
Chris Nayak
Chris graduated from the University of Cardiff with a BA honours degree in English, before training to be an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
He has worked prolifically as an actor for the last 20 years, on stage and on screen. His theatre work includes numerous productions for the RSC, Shakespeare’s Globe and the National Theatre, and shows in the West End in London and off-Broadway in New York. His screen work includes several UK television series, including Coronation Street, Casualty, Doctors, The Bill, Judge John Deed, The Job Lot and We Hunt Together.
Since 2006, Chris has been teaching, directing and coaching – most notably for Shakespeare’s Globe where he is a learning consultant, and for the London Academy of Dramatic Art where he is a visiting lecturer on the BA and MFA courses.
For Dramatic Resources, Chris has starred in an e-learning programme with ESMT Berlin. He has also delivered training for Visa US.
Claire Winsper
Claire is an actor and movement artist working in theatre, film, and television.
Claire’s performing work includes The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time at the National Theatre, feature films including Avengers: Age of Ultron and Alice Through the Looking Glass, and television appearances including House of the Dragon for HBO. She has also worked at the RSC, The Old Vic, London’s West End and many major theatres in the UK.
Alongside her performing career, Claire works as a choreographer. Her work includes Polka Theatre, advertising campaigns for Budweiser, and Hal Cruttenden’s UK Tours: Chubster and It’s Best You Hear It from Me.
As a facilitator, Claire has delivered CPD for teachers and outreach projects in schools and colleges through the National Theatre. Her work with Bright Shadow involves planning and delivering arts sessions for people living with dementia.
For Dramatic Resources, Claire delivers Cisco’s women’s leadership programme, Jump.
Dani Ortiz
Dani is an established Spanish actor from Madrid. He graduated with honours from the British Council School in Madrid, then studied Drama at the William Layton Laboratory Theatre. He also has a Summa Cum Laude degree in Journalism by the CEU Saint Paul University of Madrid.
As an actor, Dani has worked in more than 30 theatre plays, including titles such as A Few Good Men (which he translated to Spanish), Frankenstein, Hamlet, and The Picture of Dorian Gray. He also played the leading role in The Cave of Salamanca by Juan Ruiz de Alarcón for the National Theatre in Spain.
Dani has appeared in over 40 TV series. He’s known for playing Román Ferreiro, one of the regular characters from the internationally acclaimed Locked Up (Vis a Vis). He has also appeared in nine films, both in English and in Spanish, including No Rest for the Wicked - winner of six Goya Awards. In addition, Dani has a part in Terminator 6: Dark Fate.
For Dramatic Resources, Dani has led multiple programmes for the Adecco Group in Switzerland and Spain, as well as for the business school IE Madrid. Dani delivers in English and Spanish.
David Vaughan-Thomas
David is a TV and video director, writer, and trainer. As a performance coach, he works in all areas of interpersonal skills, specialising in large events, creative thoughts and action, coaching as a leadership style, managing change, and presentation skills.
As a filmmaker, David has written and directed over 150 scripts for a variety of productions, ranging from soap operas and detective stories to commercials, training films and corporate videos.
He has delivered training for clients such as Allianz, BMW, Cancer Research UK, Deloitte, Cisco, Accenture, Novo Nordisk, Nestle and many more. David delivers regularly for Dramatic Resources at business schools across the world, including Harvard Business School, IMD Lausanne and IMD Singapore, ESMT Berlin and INSEAD Paris.
Amongst David’s other creative talents, he is a singer songwriter and has released his first album, Quarter Moon.
Didi Hopkins
Didi is an actor, director, voice-over artist and lecturer, with over 20 years of experience as an international business trainer and coach. She is the UK’s leading expert in the theatre tradition of Commedia dell'Arte and worked with Richard Bean on his hit plays, One Man, Two Guvnors, in the West End and The Hypocrite at the RSC. Didi has directed The Life I Lead starring Miles Jupp, which played at the West End in London. She was recently the Movement Director for Eddie Izzard’s one-person show, Great Expectations, in New York.
As a trainer and coach for major businesses in the UK, USA and Europe, her specialism is in women’s leadership. She has run leadership master classes for women at INSEAD and CEDEP, is a keynote speaker, and contributes to the MBA and the “Women as Leaders” programme at Cranfield University.
As a Senior Associate of Dramatic Resources, Didi has worked at IMD and St Gallen University. She also regularly delivers on both Cisco’s and Accenture’s International Women’s Leadership Programmes, and delivers training in French for Adecco’s ground-breaking Service Excellence Programme.
Dominic Rickhards
Dominic is a prolific theatre and television actor. On TV, Dominic has played regular characters in Coronation Street, Heartbeat, and Doctors, amongst others. He starred in Peter Kosminsky’s film Walking on the Moon and has had guest roles in series such as Waking the Dead, Silent Witness, Midsomer Murders, Casualty and The Bill.
On stage, he has appeared many times with the Royal National Theatre, RSC, English Shakespeare Company, and English Touring Theatre in roles ranging from Romeo to Edmund. Dominic’s stage work includes The Woman in Black (West End), The New World Order for Brighton Festival and presenting Walking with Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular on its UK and world tour.
As a Senior Associate Trainer for Dramatic Resources, Dominic has designed and delivered work for many business clients including Accenture, Adecco, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, DAF Trucks, Lloyds Banking Group, Nestle, Rabobank, Volvo, and IMD Business School, among others.
Fiona Dunn
Fiona trained at Guildford School of Acting and then went on to achieve a distinction in her MA from Kings College University and RADA.
For the last 20 years, she has worked extensively as an actor and singer in theatre, radio and TV. Her work includes leading roles at The Royal Shakespeare Company, Bristol Old Vic, Chichester Festival Theatre, and the West End. She has also travelled the world with The Shakespeare Revue.
Fiona works as an Associate and Revival Director with directors including Fiona Shaw and Sir Richard Eyre. She is a regular Associate at The Royal Opera House, Glyndebourne Opera House Festival, Chichester Festival Theatre and Regents Park Open Air Theatre on productions including La Traviata, The Turn of The Screw, To Kill a Mockingbird, All My Sons, The Lord of the Flies and Strictly Ballroom at The Piccadilly Theatre in the West End. She was at the forefront of bringing live opera back to Glyndebourne during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Fiona joined the Dramatic Resources team in 2017 and delivers regularly on Cisco’s women’s leadership programme. She also works with clients such as Deloitte and IMD Business School.
Hannah Cabell
Hannah has been a professional actor since her early teens, when she worked as a principal performer in her local summer stock playhouse. She received her BA from Oberlin College in Russian Language and Literature and went on to earn her MFA from NYU in its esteemed Graduate Acting program.
Hannah has worked extensively in New York theatre, mostly focusing on new plays, and has premiered work by Sarah Ruhl, Jackie Sibblies Drury, David Adjmi, Jen Silverman and more. She performs on Broadway and off, and has appeared opposite Frank Langella, Mandy Patinkin, Ellen Burstyn, Andre de Shields, and other incredible talents.
She also works steadily in TV and film, with credits that include Blue Bloods, Madam Secretary, The Good Fight, Mr. Robot, and films Luce and The Surrogate. She is also a writer and filmmaker and directed her short film, Lost Nation, in 2021.
Hannah has been an international trainer and communications coach for nearly a decade, working with institutions including Goldman Sachs, Viking Global, Deutsche Bank, Akin Gump, Sullivan & Cromwell, Columbia Business School, and NYU. For Dramatic Resources, Hannah regularly delivers Cisco’s women’s leadership programme as well as programmes for Accenture.
Helen Chadwick
Helen works as an impact and voice coach alongside her work as a performance creator. She has been commissioned to create performances at the Royal Opera House as well as as for international festivals. Her solo shows have toured across the globe. As a theatre practitioner and performance creator, Helen has run voice workshops for the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, as well as teaching voice internationally in over 20 countries.
In 2019, Helen was given an Award for Teaching Excellence by the IE Business School in Madrid. In addition to her background as an actor, she holds an Advanced Diploma in Voice Studies from Central School of Speech and Drama, and a President’s Award from WaterAid for her work founding Sing for Water. She is an Honorary Fellow of Dartington College of Arts.
For Dramatic Resources, she has delivered training for strategists and business presenters at businesses such as Accenture, Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, Deloitte, Adecco, PwC, Barclays, Unilever. She has worked with major European business schools such as IMD, London Business School, ESMT, and INSEAD. Helen also greatly enjoys one on one and virtual coaching.
Jack Pinter
As a storyteller, Jack has appeared at theatres and festivals across Europe and his plays have been staged across the UK. Jack has also composed music for film, television and theatre and has performed with Tom Waits, Yoko Ono, Boy George, Dizzy Gillespie, Marianne Faithfull and The Stereo MCs.
Jack designs and delivers innovative programmes that transform and revitalise the world of work. He has been involved in learning events for a range of high-profile business clients and business schools across the world. In addition, Jack is an Education Associate of the Royal National Theatre and has been a consultant for Arts & Business, Channel Four Television, The Church of England and the UK Department of Education. As an executive coach, he has worked with leaders and senior managers across many Fortune 500 companies.
As an Associate Trainer of Dramatic Resources, he has developed and delivered work for a range of corporate clients in both English and German. He counts Cisco, Nestle Purina, Sanitas Troesch and Accenture amongst his regular clients.
Jacqueline Chow
After earning a degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Management, both from the National University of Singapore, Jacqueline began her career as a professional actress in theatre, television and film. More recently, she has worked as a television presenter for business and lifestyle programmes in Singapore, interviewing prominent business leaders, politicians, medical experts and social workers. Jacqueline has presented on Channel News Asia, Mediacorp, Channels 5 and 8, Toggle, Meet the Boss TV and Sinema.
Jacqueline has run communication skills training courses for a wide variety of companies including LinkedIn, Visa, Mastercard, Accenture, UBS, AT Kearney, Boston Consulting Group, GIC, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and BNP Paribas, amongst others. Alongside her role as a corporate trainer, facilitator, and coach, she is a skilled MC/speaker, curriculum designer and corporate role player.
For Dramatic Resources, Jacqueline has delivered sessions for Black Rock and Accenture. She also delivers Cisco’s women’s leadership programme in both English and Mandarin.
Jacqueline Defferary
Jacqueline has worked as a professional actress since graduating from RADA in 1991. Her theatre work includes productions for The Globe, The Royal Shakespeare Company and The National Theatre. She completed a post-graduate training for workshop leaders at RADA, and in 2007 was awarded a first class degree in Literature
from the Open University.
Jacqueline’s acting projects include Father Brown for the BBC and The Alienist for TNT (USA). She has also directed a production of The Taming of the Shrew at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. At the Globe, Jacqueline also offers her expertise as an Education Consultant, where she lectures and runs workshops on Shakespeare and performance. She also designs and delivers presentation skills and speech writing training for many clients in the education, corporate and charity sectors. Jacqueline counts Deutsche Bank, the University of London and City University Law School amongst her clients.
Jacqueline joined Dramatic Resources in 2017 and has delivered for many international clients including Accenture, Celgene, Novo Nordisk, Willis Towers Watson, Bayer, Veolia, and UBS. Jacky regularly delivers at major business schools including ESMT, IMD, INSEAD and London Business School, as well as Harvard Business School in Dubai.
Jane Nash
Jane has been an actor, writer and theatre-maker over the last 30 years appearing in film, television, and performing in theatres including the National Theatre and the Young Vic. She has created many pieces of theatre incorporating elements of personal storytelling. Her work includes Small Space, a site-specific piece for domestic kitchens. Small Space has toured to kitchens in London, Edinburgh, New York and Los Angeles and at the Oxford, Brighton and Hay Festivals.
She is also Lead Trainer and Director of Narativ, a company whose mission statement is ‘a world connected by listening and telling personal stories’. Since 2009, she has facilitated workshops for individuals who wish to excavate, shape and tell their personal story for creative, business, educational and personal development reasons. She has worked with diverse organisations designing and delivering programmes on Leadership, Advocacy and Personal/ Professional Development.
As an Associate Trainer with Dramatic Resources, she delivers for a range of clients including women’s leadership workshops for Cisco, and virtual coaching for Accenture.
Jem Wall
Jem is an actor, producer, and trainer. As an actor, he has performed in major productions at the National, RSC, Globe, Royal Court and Young Vic theatres in London, as well as leading regional theatres including Chichester, Manchester Home and Bristol Old Vic. His work on TV includes Game of Thrones, Dr Who, Wolf Hall, EastEnders, Judge John Deed and Call the Midwife.
Jem is Artistic Director of the site-specific theatre company, Hydrocracker. He has co-created and performed in The New World Order at Brighton Town Hall and Barbican, The Erpingham Camp on Brighton’s iconic pier and in Operation Black Antler which explored the murky world of undercover police surveillance. All three productions won critical acclaim in the UK’s national press, establishing Hydrocracker as a new and exciting force in UK theatre.
As a trainer, Jem has designed and delivered programmes for a wide range of corporate clients including Deloitte, Bayer, UBS, HSBC, Volvo, PwC, Cisco and Adecco. He is also a regular visiting coach at various European business schools including IMD in Switzerland, IE Madrid and ESMT Berlin. Jem also regularly delivers pro-bono work at a London-based employment academy.
Joanna Burnett
Joanna is an actor with a rich experience in theatre, television, radio and film. She trained at The Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art as well as completing the Workshop Leader Training Programme at The National Theatre.
Her work has ranged from performing in many of the UK’s major theatres, including the National Theatre and the West End, to roles on TV such as Landscapers (Sky HBO), Stay Close (Netflix), Bodyguard, Extras and Spooks (BBC). Her recent film work includes Fisherman’s Friends 2 and Morbius.
Joanna is a facilitator, tutor and trainer in communication skills and acting. She regularly teaches a range of performance short courses at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, as well as being a visiting lecturer on the BA Acting course. She delivers training for the corporate sector through the National Theatre. With Dramatic Resources, Joanna has delivered global programmes for Visa and Cisco, and has facilitated at IMD and London Business Schools.
Joanna also works in the field of adoption and fostering where she is a panel member, speaker and trainer. She specialises in transracial placements and providing support for both adoptees and adopters who are navigating the complexities associated with parenting across cultural and ethnic boundaries.
Joey Slotnick
Joey is a US-based coach and actor with many credits in theatre, television and film.
Joey has performed in New York on Broadway, with credits including Junk at Lincoln Center Theater, The Front Page at the Broadhurst and The Big Knife at Roundabout. He has worked off Broadway at the Atlantic and the Vineyard. Joey has also performed in many of Ethan Coen’s plays, including his latest, A Play is a Poem (directed by Neil Pepe).
Joey originated the Groucho Marx role of Captain Spaulding in Animal Crackers at both The Goodman Theatre and Williamstown Theatre Festival. He is also an ensemble member of Chicago’s Tony Award-winning Lookingglass Theatre, where he has performed in many productions including: Great Men of Science Nos. 21 & 22 and Up Against It.
Joey’s many film acting credits include the upcoming The Plane and They/Them/Us. He has also appeared in The Goldfinch, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, A League of Their Own, Pirates of Silicon Valley and many more. His TV credits include: Leverage:Redemption, Intelligence, The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel, The Good Wife, Psych, CSI, The Office, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Boston Public, The Single Guy and Family Guy.
Joey has taught improvisation at Atlantic Theatre School & Oklahoma State University. For Dramatic Resources, he has delivered training for clients such as Cisco, Accenture and Purina.
Jonathan Cullen
Jonathan is an actor, director and teacher. After gaining a first class degree in French & Philosophy at New College, Oxford, he studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. His theatrical career has included leading roles with the National Theatre, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Jonathan has also performed in numerous shows on the West End, including playing Daniel Radcliffe’s father in Equus and in Michael Frayn’s Noises Off. He has also appeared with F Murray Abraham in The Mentor at Vaudeville Theatre. Jonathan played a French-speaking bibliophile in the interactive horror film, Night Book, starring Julie Dray.
Jonathan has taught Shakespeare and Acting at some of London’s major drama schools, and given Shakespeare masterclasses to students visiting London on study programs for UCLA and Florida State via the Universities of the American Midwest. He has been a director at RADA and has taught at Duke University, where he spent four semesters as visiting guest professor.

Lara King
Lara is an award-winning comedian and improviser performing at prestigious venues across the UK. She has written and produced a number of successful solo shows and participated in the ‘Spreading The Love’ tour with the UK’s longest standing all-female improvisation troupe, The Short and Girlie Show. After a national tour with top cabaret trio ‘Fascinating Aida’ she is often recognised as ‘the wee fella on the drum’ in their globally viral YouTube sensation “Cheap Flights”.
Having studied the powerful effects of humour and laughter, Lara developed a programme in Humourology: training and mentoring adults and children to build confidence and self-esteem; improve personal impact; and develop leadership skills through comedy and improvisation. As well as private workshops, she delivers courses to The Kings Fund, The Leadership Academy and The British Psychological Society. She is co-founder of LaughQuake - the global incentive to encourage the production of positive energy through laughter the world over.
As an Associate Trainer with Dramatic Resources, Lara leads several global leadership programmes, including Cisco’s flagship JUMP programme for women leaders. Her work also explores Personal Impact, Presentation and Improvisation for clients including Deloitte, Adecco, Allianz, Orkla, DAF Trucks and Nestle, among others.
Lizzie Twells
Lizzie is an actor from Nottingham. She trained at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and continues to work across theatre and television. Recently, she finished filming for The Bay (ITV) and has appeared in Doctors (BBC), Emmerdale (ITV) and Everything I Know About Love (BBC/Working Title). She has performed in theatres such as Royal Exchange Theatre, Nottingham Playhouse and Octagon Theatre.
Lizzie has worked as a trainer, facilitator and coach for 10 years. She has worked with a diverse range of clients all over the world, including Deloitte, BMS, NHS, PWC, Hachette, Boden, The British Army, LSR and WJ.
Lizzie is also a mentor for the charity Arts Emergency – a unique organisation which offers young people from under-represented and diverse backgrounds, who are passionate about the arts and humanities, a year of free mentoring.
Lizzie brings a friendly, focused and authentic style to DR. Her aim is to encourage curiosity, allowing people to take the time to observe their thoughts and actions, and to encourage trying new techniques in a safe space.
Maja Mommert
Maja is a trainer and coach, moderator and actress for corporate theatre. Her work is based on the general principles of applied improvisation. She is a founding member and managing partner of the Berlin-based improvisational theatre ensemble frei.wild, for whom she has developed several new concepts for different formats on stage. She is regularly seen on stage in Berlin and a welcome guest actress in shows all over Europe.
Alongside her work with Dramatic Resources, Maja has many years of experience as an independent coach in communications and creativity. Furthermore, she advises international companies on interaction design, event conceptualization, strategy and marketing. Maja teaches in English, German and French. Through her work with Dramatic Resources, Maja counts Adecco and PWC as regular clients; she also delivers programmes at ESMT, INSEAD and IMD Business Schools.
Matt Wait
Matt Wait has worked extensively as an actor in both theatre and television.
Matt’s credits on televsion include regular roles in series such as Casualty, Coronation Street, The Tudors, Silent Witness and Doctors. He has performed at theatres such as the Soho Theatre, where he appeared in Piranha Heights, A State Affair, and Rita,Sue and Bob Too at the Soho Theatre. In the Royal Court Theatre, Matt could be seen in Some Explicit Polaroids, Rough, Down Red Lane, and Weldon Rising. He has also performed in Cuts and The Skeliton Hut at the Donmar Theatre, and Inheritance and Certain Young Men at the Almeida Theatre.
Matt also directs, teaches and runs community-based theatre projects.
As a Senior Associate Trainer of Dramatic Resources, Matt has worked with a diverse range of clients including Accenture, Adecco, Nestle, and the Lloyds Banking Group, amongst others. He has led sessions at many major business schools, including: IMD, London Business School, INSEAD and ESMT. He has also coached on the International Teachers’ Programme at the Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
Dr Matt Yoxall
Matt is a theatre-maker, training consultant and academic researcher. He trained in theatre in London in the mid-1990s, going on to work as a professional storyteller specialising in museum and art gallery education and projects for community cultural development.
Based in Southeast Asia since 2002, Matt has fused his theatrical and development work in providing consultancy services to international organisations. Matt’s humanitarian work has focused on countering human-trafficking, refugee resettlement, and programmes to end violence against women. Using a drama-based approach, Matt has facilitated training which includes experiential learning and approaches to outreach and information campaigns. He received his (fully funded) doctorate in Theatre Studies from the National University of Singapore in 2016. Matt is also an Accredited Mediator and is skilled in conflict resolution. He currently lives between Thailand and Australia.
At Dramatic Resources, Matt works internationally and across cultures. He uses theatre techniques to get groups thinking creatively and to enable individuals to communicate with impact. He has delivered training for Accenture, Adecco, Allianz, Cisco and VISA, as well as for Harvard and IMD Business Schools.
Melle Powers
Melle Powers is an actor, writer, coach and facilitator. She holds an MFA in Acting from NYU and a BA in Theatre from the University of Maryland.
As a professional actress, she's acted in over 80 productions which include films, commercials, voiceovers, stage plays and television programs. She has also written and produced several two-person and solo shows in New York City, performing them at venues such as the NY International Fringe Festival, the NY Frigid Festival, the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and The Pit.
Melle is an Instructor in Voice and Speech at NYU, a storytelling coach, and loves teaching students from Pre-K to the C-Suite. She is also a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialist and welcomes the opportunity to engage leaders during their journey of growth and development, both professional and personal.
For Dramatic Resources, Melle is a facilitator for Cisco’s flagship “Jump” programme for women leaders and has delivered training at Harvard Business School. She also delivers global programmes for clients such as Accenture and Visa, among others.
Miriam Silverman
Miriam Silverman is an actress and teacher based in New York City. She holds an MFA in Acting and a BA in East Asian Studies from Brown University. She is the recipient of a TCG Fox Fellowship and teaches Acting, Voice and Text Analysis at NYU in both the Graduate Acting program and the Department of Dramatic Writing.
Miriam won the 2023 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play for her critically-acclaimed performance in the Broadway production of The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window. She has been the proud member of countless new works and premieres including Will Arbery’s Plano, Alice Birch’s Anatomy of a Suicide, Amy Herzog’s Mary Jane, Clare Barron’s You Got Older, Ethan Coen’s A Play is a Poem, and the Tony-nominated Broadway production of Junk by Ayad Akhtar. Mona Goodwin
Mona trained at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London and has had a successful and diverse career in theatre, musical, film and television. Mona began her career 15 years ago in the West End in the premiere of Spring Awakening. She has enjoyed performing all over the UK, most recently at the National Theatre.
Mona regularly appears in roles for film and television, including Sex Education, Black Mirror, Extraordinary (Disney+), BBC Film’s Marvellous and the BAFTA-nominated Ali and Ava. She has a passion for new writing and loves the magic of the rehearsal room; she particularly enjoys collaborating with a company to create new work. This passion extends to her work as a coach, creating a space where people can explore, develop, and discover.
Mona has worked as a coach and communications trainer for 5 years in both the public and private sector. She has worked extensively alongside the British Civil Service and within UK Business Schools on a range of experiential learning programs.

Pedro Borges
Pedro is an actor, improviser, teacher, facilitator, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
After graduating in Business Communication and in Classical Theatre studies, Pedro joined professional theatre company "A Barraca" with whom he has made dozens of productions since 2004. Specialising in Improvisational Theatre, he works as a full time improviser/teacher/manager in successful Portuguese ensemble OS IMPROVÁVEIS, counting more than 900 stage presentations and over 100,000 spectators, in both medium and long format shows. Pedro has participated in countless international Improv events around the world (USA, Rio de Janeiro, Europe), as a teacher and performer.
Pedro develops and delivers programmes which bring improvisation to the corporate world, through workshops and fun events like ShowQuiz, Improbreaks, Business Improvisation, Communication and Storytelling, Werewolf for Leaders and Improvisation Shows.
Pedro joined Dramatic Resources in 2019, and delivers on several programs in Europe, including a 5-day intensive programme for Adecco and IE Madrid’s MBA course. He delivers training in Portuguese and English.
Rachel Fowler
Rachel is an American actor, director and producer currently living in London. Rachel has performed as an actor in regional theatres across the US, receiving Denver Post Ovation Awards for her work in All My Sons at the Denver Center and Rabbit Hole at the Curious Theatre. She has also recieved the 2012 Culture West “Best Season by an Actress” award and the 2013 Culture West “Best Supporting Actress” in Steel Magnolias at Senior Housing Options. In addition, she served as Literary Producer for Local Theater Company for six years.
Rachel co-founded The Mile Square Theatre in Hoboken, NJ and is an Artistic Associate with Théâtre Du Rêve in Atlanta, GA. Rachel’s first short film, STILLNESS (starring Caitlin Fitzgerald) is currently making the film festival rounds. She is now writing her first feature.
As an associate of Dramatic Resources, she has delivered on training programmes for many executive clients, including leadership development for Accenture and women’s leadership courses for Cisco. Rachel is certified in Executive and Personal coaching by Barefoot Coaching, and is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF and a Grief Recovery Specialist.
Rachel Griffiths
Rachel is a theatre-maker specialising in training and development with a wide variety of communities, non-professional performers and young people. She is passionate about using theatre as a process for change. She has led training workshops for a range of arts organisations including the National Theatre, The Good Chance Theatre, and Tender Arts.
Her work has led her to India where she made theatre with women in a slum and girls rescued from sex trafficking; to Bolivia where she taught girls at risk of prostitution; the Jungle refugee camp in Calais, making theatre with Afghan refugees. More locally, she works extensively in London schools, where her process enables young people to consider choices and consequences, identity and relationships.
Rachel holds a BA in French and Drama, an MA in Participatory Arts and has studied performance at L’Ecole Internationale Jacques Lecoq in Paris. She delivers training for Dramatic Resources in French and English and has delivered sessions for Adecco, Accenture, UBS, Compass Foods and Veolia, among others. Rachel regularly works with IMD, ESMT, INSEAD and London Business Schools and DTU (Denmark). She has also facilitated the Dramatic Resources Open Course, “In the Spotlight”.
Sarah-Jayne Butler
Sarah-Jayne is an acting coach and actor. Since studying at Sussex University and subsequently training at LAMDA, Sarah has worked both as an actor and coach across stage and screen, as well as in the business world. Sarah-Jayne’s acting work includes theatre productions on London’s West End, at the National Theatre, and in international tours. On screen, she can be seen in programmes for the BBC and in the critically acclaimed film, Love Me Till Monday.
When not acting, Sarah works regularly as an on-set acting coach for major film studios, including MGM, Fox Searchlight, EON, Universal and Disney. Her recent coaching credits include the 25th Bond film, No Time to Die, as well as films such as Goodbye Christopher Robin, Tolkien, Dolittle, Come Away and Masters of the Air. In addition to her on-set work, Sarah also coaches a diverse list of private clients which includes household names, pop stars, comedians, and up-and-coming actors.
For Dramatic Resources, Sarah-Jayne has delivered work with Roche, Deloitte and Sadler’s Wells, and has facilitated global leadership programmes for clients such as Adecco and Cisco. Sarah-Jayne also regularly works with IMD, ESMT and London Business Schools.
Selina Cadell
If Selina has a familiar face, it is because she is regularly found gracing UK television screens. Selina also has many years’ experience as a coach to the stars as well as to the business world. She has worked with Stephen Spielberg, coached the Lord Mayor of London and trains actors at the National Theatre Studio. Selina has her own Production Company, OperaGlass Works. During lockdown, she produced and directed the film of Britten’s opera of The Turn of the Screw, which was recently shown on the BBC.
Selina’s work in the theatre includes many seasons at the National Theatre, the Royal Court and Bristol Old Vic. She has played the lead role in Alan Bennett’s play, People, at the National Theatre. Selina also directed Love for Love for the Royal Shakespeare Company and in 2017, her opera production of A Rake’s Progress received great critical acclaim. She recently directed Eddie Izzard’s one-person show, Great Expectations, in New York. On TV, she has appeared in Doc Martin, Midsomer Murders and Lewis and her film credits include The Madness of George III, Wild Child and Hereafter.

When Selina is not performing, directing or teaching, she can be found on a boat somewhere off the Suffolk coast!
Serene Chen
Serene is an award-winning bilingual theatre and film actress from Singapore. She won the Straits Times Life Theatre Awards for Best Supporting Actress in 2004, 2014 and 2016. Serene has hosted numerous arts and cultural events in Singapore and interviewed international stars such as Dev Patel (Slumdog Millionaire), Daniel Dae-Kim (Lost), and Joan Chen (The Last Emperor). She can also be seen in the feature film Singapore Dreaming, which streams on Netflix in Asia. She uses her distinctive voice and experience as a former arts radio presenter to co-host an Arts Management podcast called “Backlogues”, available on Spotify and backlogues.sg.
Serene has helped professionals in their communication skills in both their work and personal lives. She has delivered courses on leadership and various aspects of people development for financial institutions, pharmaceutical and technology companies, law firms, NGOs and more. Her work explores sales, presentation skills, personal impact, and influencing (and more). She has also worked extensively on programmes focusing on diversity and inter-cultural communication. With Dramatic Resources, Serene facilitates Cisco’s women’s leadership programme across the APJC region.
Serene is passionate about working with NGOs, and has led teams to Bangkok, Siem Reap, Luang Prabang, Inle Lake and Penang to use theatre techniques in developing skills to deal with difficult conversations.
Shelley Davenport
Shelley is an actor and writer. Her first play Fair Trade was produced by Academy Award winner Emma Thompson in 2010, and went on to sold out runs in London, Edinburgh and Latitude Festival to critical acclaim. She has since had plays produced at The Arcola, Southwark Playhouse, and The New Diorama. Shelley continues to develop scripts for stage and television, and is currently under commission for the BBC/Sunnymarch, Objective Fiction and Origin Pictures.
Shelley’s comedic short Make Up With Sheryl was nominated for Best Lo Budget Short at London Short Film Festival 2017. She has also written and performed a number of comedy shorts for Stylist magazine. As a Business Trainer, Shelley has delivered training for a number of business clients including NATS, TalkTalk, LinkedIn, KPMG, Greenpeace, The Civil Service, NHS and Ministry of Defence. Shelley has also written and developed training content for Nottingham Council Housing Association, Screwfix and Dropbox USA.
As an Associate Trainer for Dramatic Resources, Shelley has delivered training for clients such as Cisco, Bain Capital, Deloitte, and Orkla. She regularly delivers at IMD and London Business Schools.
Simon Chadwick
Simon has worked for more than 30 years in the performing arts; as an actor, stage fighter and voice-over artist. Since completing his training at RADA he has worked extensively in theatre, TV, film and radio. His theatre credits include work at the RSC and London’s West End. His TV and film work includes productions for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Pathé and Warner Brothers. Simon has voice acting credits in several triple-A games, including Star Wars: Battlefront II, Dragon Age and Assassin’s Creed: Unity.
Simon has worked independently developing and devising theatre as a director, trainer and coach with young people (including ex-young offenders) and gang members, and with the National Citizenship scheme. He is a co-founder and director of creativexpression, a company that provides experiential training in nature. Continuously expanding his field of practice, he invests time in Equine Assisted Learning and development programmes, has qualified as a coach and member of the Association for Coaching (AC), and is currently training in Mindfulness.
As an Associate Trainer at Dramatic Resources, Simon has worked with various corporate clients including Adecco, LinkedIn, Bayer, Visa, EY, UBS and Nestle. He also works closely with top global business schools such as Harvard, St Gallen, IMD, CEDEP and ESMT Business Schools on both their public and executive education programmes.
Simon is also a skilled craftsman and has been designing and building cabins since the 2020 lockdown!
Simon Muller
Simon studied English Literature at Edinburgh University before training as an actor at LAMDA. He most recently appeared in an extensive Royal Shakespeare Company tour of Julius Caesar: First Encounters, as well as the critically acclaimed and award winning Visitors at The Bush Theatre. Other theatre work includes roles at The Young Vic, Edinburgh Lyceum and Traverse theatres, Bristol Old Vic and numerous seasons at Shakespeare's Globe. He has appeared as a guest lead in popular television shows including Silent Witness and The Bill. Film work includes Joe Wright's Anna Karenina and Madam Bovary, directed by Sophie Barthes.
Simon is an Associate Member and Associate Producer of acclaimed theatre company The Factory. He is also a General Education Practitioner at Shakespeare's Globe.

Stephanie Street
Stephanie is a writer and actor. She studied at Cambridge University and trained at LAMDA. Her acting work includes critically acclaimed performances for theatres across the UK, including the Royal Court and London’s West End, plus lead parts in numerous UK television series. Stephanie’s recent credits include Behind the Beautiful Forevers and Our Generation at the National Theatre.
Stephanie’s first play, Sisters, re-opened the Sheffield Crucible Studio in March 2010. More recently, she adapted Mohsin Hamid’s award-winning novel, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, and Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights for the National Youth Theatre.
She is a trustee and founder of Act for Change, campaigning for greater diversity in the arts, a trustee of the National Student Drama Festival, and a board director of Chichester Festival Theatre.
As a Senior Associate of Dramatic Resources, Stephanie has delivered training for a range of corporate clients and business schools. Stephen Sobal
Stephen is a multi award-winning director, performer, teacher, artistic director of All In and Co-Principal of All In Actors. He studied acting at ALRA and clown, bouffon and physical comedy with Philippe Gaulier, Complicité's Jozef Houben, Aitor Basauri, John Wright and John Mowat.
Stephen has taught for many educational and performance based institutions including RADA, the RSC, ArtsEd, Rose Bruford, ALRA, Doreen Bird, Theatre Royal Bath and The Rose Theatre, Kingston.
Directing credits include Bon Ami (Show of the Week Award at Vault Festival) and Love Sick (Best Comedy Award Brighton Fringe) with All In, Hysterical (People’s Choice Award at Vault Festival) with Hoax and Father of Lies (Highly Commended Award at Vault Festival) with Bête Noire Productions.
Stephen brings a playful, upbeat and honest approach to DR. He coaches participants to embrace authenticity, find greater confidence and therefore connect to any audience.
Tamzin Townsend
Tamzin is a renowned theatre director and teacher between Leeds and Madrid, Spain. Tamzin studied Theatre and Drama Studies at the University of Kent at Canterbury, specialising in theatre direction. She has enjoyed a long and successful career directing theatre, opera and television and is currently head of the Theatre Arts Department at the Universidad Europea in Madrid.
Her many successes include El Método Gronholm, by celebrated Catalán playwright Jordi Galceran. This show was the biggest box office success at the Marquina Theatre in Madrid of the last decade. Other notable shows include The God of Carnage, Fat Pig, Play it Again Sam, Laponia, Heroes in Madrid’s Gran Via, and Closer in Barcelona.
She has directed both English and Spanish classical theatre, often opening at international theatre festivals, including Merida and Almagro. Thanks to her many successes, the Spanish press has recently crowned her the “Queen Midas”
of theatre.
Tamzin travels widely with Dramatic Resources, leading workshops for corporate businesses. Her business school clients include IE Madrid, DTU, London Business School, IMD Lausanne and INSEAD Paris. Tamzin counts Deloitte, Accenture, Cisco, Adecco, Arbal and Sky among her clients. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan and teaches in all three languages.
Tara Brodin
Tara is a Canadian theatre artist and award-winning educator who now resides and works in Zurich, Switzerland. She is also a critically acclaimed director and performer who has worked creatively in more than twenty countries. Currently, she is living her dream as the Artistic Director of Close Encounters Theatre (CET) and directing CET’s mainstage productions.
Tara received her theatre training from the University of Alberta. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Practice and a Bachelor of Education in Theatre. In addition, she has a performance degree from Grant MacEwan University specializing in Acting and Musical Theatre.
Tara is passionate about teaching pedagogy and specializes in acting, improvisation, physical comedy, modern clown, and devising original works. She believes that a willingness to be vulnerable is the birthplace of innovation and creativity and thus encourages her students to embrace their missteps and to celebrate them with an enthusiastic TA-DA!

Terri McMahon
Terri is a theatre director, multi-media actor and cross-generational educator. She has directed both classical and new theatre and has devised theatre pieces in the US. Terri has also partnered with orchestras and dance troupes for multi-media performances.
Terri has performed in many American regional theatres, spending a good portion of her career at the highly regarded Oregon Shakespeare Festival; there, she appeared in over 50 productions – from classical theatre to world premieres of new works. She has acted in more than two thirds of Shakespeare’s plays during her career so far!
As an educator, Terri has enjoyed working with a wide range of theatre students ranging from professional and emerging professionals to young adults and children. In the business world, she focuses her teaching and coaching on clarity of narrative message, authenticity of delivery and mindset stability.
Terri starred as Sarah Bernhardt in BERNHARDT/HAMLET at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, which received much critical acclaim. She is currently pursuing a graduate studies degree in Directing at Boston University. She will direct The Merry Wives of Windsor at American Players Theatre in Wisconsin in 2023.

Tom Silburn
Tom Silburn is a professional actor with over 15 years’ experience working extensively in theatre, TV, film and radio. He has worked with leading theatre companies both in the UK and internationally, as well as in numerous productions in the West End.
Tom is also a professional magician and card sharp, and works as a Magic Consultant designing and directing magic illusions for theatre and television. He’s created magic for the National Theatre, Shakespeare’s Globe, Chichester Festival Theatre, Bristol Old Vic, RADA and Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre as well as for productions in the West End and for the BBC. He’s coached many actors to perform magic on stage and screen including Maureen Lipman and Celia Imrie. He also taught Marc Warren how to eat fifty hard-boiled eggs live on stage. Apparently.

Victor Bischoff
Victor is a creative consultant, coach and trainer, currently residing in Zurich, Switzerland.
He has a degree in Education and is a trained actor, yoga-meditation teacher and breath therapist. He has worked with a holistic approach in personal and organisational development for over 25 years in both the corporate and public sectors. He led a holistic health centre in Florence, Italy, and worked for the Industrial Society and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London.
He is a visiting tutor at Cranfield School of Management (UK), a co-founder of the Parzival Project and WE-Synergize Consulting. He is an expert in team building processes and teaches leadership skills using dialogue and theatrical methods.
Victor teaches fluently in four languages (English, German, Italian and French) and delivers in all languages for The Adecco Academy for Dramatic Resources. He has also facilitated sessions at business schools including CEDEP, ESMT and INSEAD.
Victoria Mintey
Victoria is an actor and trainer based in Singapore. She has brought her communication skills guidance to teams and individuals within organisations such as LinkedIn, CNN, BMW, P&G, and Standard Chartered.
Victoria trained as an actor at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and holds a BSc in Psychology and Anthropology from Durham University. She works with leading names in the Singapore arts community in productions of new work, Shakespeare, children’s theatre and musicals. In 2017, Victoria established Wag the Dog Theatre – Singapore's first co-op theatre company.
Victoria’s diverse corporate experience is further enhanced by her work as a business role player at the front lines of experiential learning and development courses with major clients such as GSK, Shell, BHP Billiton, Unilever, and HSBC.
As a communication skills trainer, coach and facilitator, Victoria works with a range of companies in Asia. Her work with Dramatic Resources includes programmes for London and IMD Business Schools, Allianz, UBS and regular delivery of Cisco’s “Jump” programme across the Asia-Pacific region.
Xabier Olza
Xabier is a Spanish actor, director, entrepreneur, charity worker and trainer. He is a graduate of the Royal School of Dramatic Arts (RESAD) in Spain. Xabier has appeared in theatres across Spain in plays by Shakespeare, Tennessee Williams, Molière, and O'Neill, amongst others.
With his new production company, Xabier has recently written and directed Teatro para decir Te Quiero and Padres. His latest work as an actor is the play EL CLUB, which he also directed. On Spanish TV, he starred in the series Antena 3 Objetivo Mediación and has also appeared in Yo soy Bea, Amar en tiempos Revueltos, Policías, Compañeros, Maitena and Vu87. Xabier’s charity work includes developing integration programmes for people in need in Italy, Bolivia and Macedonia through Caritas and the Salesians.
As a trainer, Xabier has worked with school teachers for the Government of Andalusia and for people with mental disabilities at Fundacion Repsol. He has also developed educational theatre programmes for students with Varela Producciones and Caja Madrid Fundación. He has also collaborated with the European University of Madrid, and has delivered training for clients including Inditex, Canal Plus Spain, Canal Isabel II, Caja Navarra and Quavitae.
For Dramatic Resources, Xabier delivers for a range of clients in both Spanish and Italian.
Hannah Mueller
Hannah joined the DR team as Financial Administrator in 2018. With a professional background in bookkeeping, her roles have ranged from working for a Police Charity and an Engineering Membership Organisation to various companies within the Music industry!
She is currently studying with the AAT and brings experience of working within different sectors and with both corporate and artistic people, as well as an accuracy with figures to DR.
In addition to loving a spreadsheet and all things financial, Hannah has a keen interest in outdoor swimming and loves to dip her toe in various coastal waters at any time of the year. She is a dedicated visitor to Brockwell Lido.
Tabitha Gilbert
Tabitha joined Dramatic Resources in 2021 as a Client Manager and moved to a part-time role in 2022. She is currently based in South-East Asia.
Having worked with a range of FTSE250 and AIM companies, Tabitha understands the importance of excellent communication in business and has helped businesses to engage better with their stakeholders. Within the charity sector, Tabitha was inspired by the power of storytelling in fundraising and awareness campaigns.
Tabitha is passionate about global education and equality and continues to devote time to these causes. She is a lifelong theatregoer and has a particular soft spot for musical theatre. Tabitha is also an avid reader and spends much of her time with her nose in a good book.
Andrea Lungay
Andrea brings organisational skills, problem-solving and a creative approach to her role as Client Services and Administration Coordinator.
During her time at East 15 Acting School, Andrea formed a multi-media production company, HiddenViewz, with a main focus on providing opportunities for black creatives and creating work with a socio-political lens.
Andrea has a passion for helping others and explored this whilst working as VP Southend for The University of Essex Student’s Union. Her main manifesto was assisting students in finding their unique take on the arts industry and helping them to navigate the world of higher education.
With her fingers in many creative pies, Andrea also loves photography, film and music and can often be found humming along to the latest track from her favourite artist or watching a video review of a newly released film.
Hannah Schunk-Hockings
As Client Relationship Manager for Dramatic Resources, Hannah is a firm believer in the power of listening to enhance connection. With a background in performing, as well as film and television production experience, she is well-versed in understanding the need for agility and strong communication within business.
Previously, she worked at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art where she organised both accredited and non-accredited courses and supported the development of future curriculum.
Hannah holds triple citizenship in the US, the UK and New Zealand, and has lived all over the world. She brings a global awareness and understanding to her role in matching clients with teams that are right for their growth.
Outside of her work, Hannah loves physical movement, time in nature and supporting her favourite baseball team, the New York Yankees!
